Bill Mangas is the co-founder of BA Solutions and a senior healthcare executive with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience across emergency services, system operations, and enterprise-level strategy.

Throughout his career, Bill has held executive leadership roles responsible for large-scale operations, including oversight of multi-site emergency departments, trauma programs, disaster preparedness, and air and ground transport systems. He has led complex initiatives across healthcare systems, aligning teams, optimizing performance, and executing strategies that drive measurable growth and operational excellence.

Bill has played a key role in the development and expansion of major healthcare assets and service lines, as well as system-wide outreach and engagement strategies that strengthened collaboration across hospitals, EMS agencies, and communities. His ability to connect strategy with execution has made him a trusted leader in high-stakes, high-visibility environments — including providing medical leadership support for the Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium.

He is widely recognized for his ability to mentor and develop leaders, building teams that operate with clarity, accountability, and confidence. Anna Ludwick is the co-founder of BA Solutions, bringing over 20 years of experience across emergency services, critical care, and healthcare leadership.

Her career has been built in high-pressure environments where communication, coordination, and decision-making directly impact outcomes. From frontline paramedic work to emergency department leadership, Anna has consistently operated in roles where clarity, efficiency, and execution are critical.

Anna has led large teams within 24/7 operations, overseeing clinical and operational performance for emergency departments serving tens of thousands of patients annually. She has been responsible for improving patient throughput, strengthening team engagement, and implementing systems that enhance both efficiency and safety.

Her experience extends beyond hospital walls into large-scale event medicine and system-wide operations. She has designed and managed medical programs for high-volume events, coordinated across hospital systems and EMS agencies, and played a key role in improving communication, transport logistics, and overall system performance.

Anna is known for her ability to identify breakdowns in real time and implement practical solutions that drive measurable improvement. She has successfully improved patient satisfaction, optimized workflows, and built programs that strengthen both employee engagement and operational effectiveness.
